Erin Rigo

I am Erin Rigo, a high performing Realtor and Philadelphia neighborhood expert. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, downsizing, investing or developing, I’m here to help!

I understand that to excel in the competitive Philadelphia market, you need a Realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. More than a dedicated Realtor, I am your advocate who protects your best interests every step of the way. I have the expertise, knowledge and tenacious work ethic to bring your transaction to a successful close. I am a proud part of the McCann Team, the #1 team in Philadelphia since 1988.

Having lived in Philadelphia for 15 years in Old City, Queen Village, South Philly, and currently in Fishtown, I wield an in-depth understanding of the local market and lead my clients to discover lucrative opportunities.

I was recognized as the 5 Star Professional 2021 Rising Star and Best of Zillow 2020 and 2021 Although, my greatest compliment comes from clients who return for future transactions and refer others. My clients appreciate my thorough knowledge of the Philadelphia area, responsiveness, honesty and attention to detail.

I have the ability to quickly create a rapport with clients, while building lasting relationships through nurturing communication and earning my clients’ trust. I strive to understand my clients’ needs and connect them with homes that match their preferences. I patiently educate home buyers and sellers, empowering them to navigate the home buying or selling process competently.

Whether you are a home buyer, seller or investor, I provide reassurance and peace of mind in the journey towards achieving your goals. I am eager to provide an exceptional experience and surpass your expectations.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, biking, and spending time with my rescue pup, Shacky and cat, Libby. I also love exploring Philadelphia’s beautifully diverse neighborhoods, local restaurants and dining scene.
