"If i could give Erin 10 Stars I would. My first encounter with Erin involved purchasing a house in Fairmont with my girlfriend at the time. We looked at the house on a Sunday and with Erin’s expertise we had an accepted offer on the next day. Erin guided us through the whole process with an unparallel expertise.

Unfortunately the house situation did not work out as planned. When I lost the initial house, Erin helped me get this new/new construction that I could not believe that I was actually buying. She educated me on the pitfalls of new new construction. With COVID and supply chain issues, the delays kept mounting and it became more and more difficult to get this house. Then the rate changes kicked in and Erin was able to get me a substantial rebate. Because of all the delays I was sitting on some cash, enough cash to buy a rental property. We started looking in June and by mid August we had bought another house in South Philly.

We had an accepted offer in July and a closing date of August 15 which meant that we would lose a good chunk of the peak rental market. Since I could not put a house on the rental market that I did not own, Erin suggested to put the Grad Hospital house that I was currently living in on the rental market to take advantage of the timing. It was a bold move that paid off dividends as we got the house rented at a premium in a matter of weeks. I stayed at the South Philly house waiting on the new house to be completed.

The delays kept mounting and the timeline kept getting pushed. But Erin explained everything that was going on from permits to taxes to the plumbing. When the new/new house was finally completed, my seven year old daughter was the most excited. When we got to the house Erin explained to my daughter about the walk through and what to look for. When we finally closed on this house, it was the end of what can be called the perfect day.

If that wasnt enough, Erin had the South Philly place rented out in a few weeks. Now I am in the process of working with Erin to purchase another rental property.
